after weeks of torturing me with the news, i am starting my new job next week!
i can't believe this friday will be the last day i am doing this chicken and duck thing. =D

last week was such a rollercoaster ride. i don't even know where to begin because it was filled with frustration, anger, uncertainty and more frustration, anger and uncertainty. everyday had something new for me to take care of. all the frustrations had caused such a big headache i actually had to call in sick for the first time. i was really pissed the entire week but i don't care now, as long as nothing goes wrong from now to the day i am officially out of the chicken world, i am happy. yay!
this is so weird. my name is already under the new department but i am still stuck here. if you call that number, you can't find me cuz i am not there. (oh, don't call that number! it is a shared telephone)
so when am i starting the new position? i have no clue. although rumour has it that it will be Oct 25. why rumour? well... because i haven't heard anything about the start date myself. the people responsible to make it happen are either on holidays or has forgotten all about me.
i will consider myself super lucky if i can start on Oct 25th. i still think it makes absolutely no sense to take up to 6 weeks to have someone to replace me. come on, i am not irreplaceable.
