how can people do so much in a day? i don't know where all my time went but 24 hrs are definately not enough for me to get things done in a day. it's 4 days until x'mas and i only got TWO presents ready. i am soooooo screwed. the snow and the cold are not helping at all!

the past few days working in the office were freezing cold. seriously, 1/3 of the walls of the office are actually windows. cold air kept coming in. going to work today was definately a challenge. i swear there were times when i really really wanted to make a U-turn and go home because it was really unsafe to drive on the road!! i couldn't see the lines, the curb, and the ditch!! richmond is the worst city, no snowplows!

"nooo!! i am going into the diiiitch!!! no, i am not. noooo, i am going in again!! no, i am not. noooo, i am going in again!! no, i am not."

i was so exhausted by the time i reached the office 7am in the morning. and everyone came in too!! (we are such dedicated employees) and we all sat in the office staring outside the window wondering what the road condition will be like by 6pm when we go home. thank god my supervisors were nice people and they let us go home early so i got home in one piece.

it looks like winter is here to stay. everyone please keep warm and drive safe. don't always trust the tracks on the road because they might lead you to a ditch. if ur car loses control and is heading towards an incoming car from the other side of the lane, always choose the ditch!

okie! Merry Christmas and a Happy 2009!
